WW Bottling Device
Another WilliamsWarn invention. This counter-pressure bottler allows you to connect your WilliamsWarn or a carboanted keg to it and fill bottles without losing any carbonation.
Once the two hoses (gas and beverage) are connected via the simple push-lock fittings on top of the valve, you just open the gas side for a few seconds to pressurise the bottle and remove air, close that and then open the beverage side to allow beverage to enter. The beverage fills against a back-pressure and so doesn't foam and doesn't lose any carbonation. Pressure release and therefore fill flow rate are controlled by how open the varibable pressure valve is set.
A 500ml bottle (1 US pint) can be filled in 40 seconds and a full WilliamsWarn brewery can be emptied in about 40 minutes (filled into 46 bottles), to then be cleaned ready for the next brew.
The bottles are ready to consume out of immediately, as the beer is already carbonated. Take them to a party to impress your buddies.
The two connections for the other end of the hoses on the WilliamsWarn Generation 2 model are on the back of the draft tap tower (also push-lock fittings).
Comes with hoses for connecting but without the bottles.
Connections are provided to be able to fill bottles from a Cornelius keg.
Now with a new design with suction cups that allow the bottler to be used on a bench. It can still be connected to a wall if desired.
See the Bottler Instructional Video in the "Our User Manuals and Videos" page for how these operate.
